Mr. Pool is a world recognized authority on uranium with continuous involvement in the uranium industry since the 1970’s. Mr. Pool consults for several of the world’s major uranium companies, utilities and regulatory agencies. Expertise includes market knowledge, mine and processing technical knowledge, costing engineering of mine and processing facilities. A graduate of the Colorado School of Mines with an Engineer of Mines degree, Mr. Pool is a registered professional engineer in Colorado. Mr. Pool is a member of AusIMM and the Society of Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration.
Douglas B. Silver
Consultant and member of the Advisory Board
Mr. Silver has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Vermont and a Masters of Science in Economic Geology from the University of Arizona and is a certified general appraiser. Mr. Silver has 25 years of experience as an active professional in the minerals industries, having served in a variety of capacities, including Exploration Geologist, Business Development Specialist, Mineral Economist, Corporate Advisor and Director of Investor Relations. Mr. Silver has acknowledged expertise in international mineral appraisals, management consulting and strategic planning research and has served as a strategic advisor to small and large mining companies. Prior to and during the past 15 years, Mr. Silver has provided management and mineral economic consulting services through his company Balfour Holdings, Inc. Mr. Silver is currently Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company he founded, International Royalty Corporation.
Ramon E. Bisque
Consulting Geochemist and member of the Advisory Board
Dr. Bisque is the founder of Earth Sciences, Inc. an exploration and mining company that specialized in industrial minerals, gold and uranium. He was Chairman of the Board of ADA-ES, a company specializing in environmental technology systems and specialty chemicals that reduce emissions at coal-burning power plants. Dr. Bisque currently is Chairman of the Science Advisory Committee of ADA-ES and holds a Ph.D. in Geology and Chemistry, a M.S. in Geology, a M.S. in Chemistry and was a National Science Foundation Fellow all at Iowa State University and a B.S. Chemistry from St. Norbert College. He is a Certified Professional Geologic Scientist and a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science. He is also Professor Emeritus at the Colorado School of Mines where he was Professor of Chemistry and Geochemistry, Department of Geochemistry, Head of the Geochemistry Department, Professor of Geochemistry and Assistant to the Graduate Dean, Director of the Earth Science Curriculum Project, Associate Professor Geochemistry and Assistant Professor of Chemistry. He currently serves on the Board of Board of Directors - St. Norbert College and is the author of numerous books and papers on geo-chemistry and geology.
